Comforting and packed with umami flavour.
Ingredients: 450g oxtail, 1 medium size mooli, 2 handful of baby button mushroom, water, chopped spring onion for garnish, salt and pepper as seasoning
Method:
- Blanch the oxtail.
- Cook the oxtail, mooli and mushroom with water, with instant pot/high pressure cooker – “beef” setting.
- Season the soup with salt and pepper (black or white) and garnish with spring onion.
