My Leadership Lessons 1 – Communication of Strategy

1. The leader must communicate clearly the overall business and team vision and strategy with his/her members. This is so essential that they need to be repeated from time to time and in many different occasions.
2. Among all the tactics and approaches to deliver the vision and strategy, the leader must set or align priorities with team.
3. The leader must give timely feedback to team on their approaches to deliver the strategy and give support when needed.
4. The leader must empower and trust the team to be able to deliver. Of course you should always hire exceptional talents.
5. The leader should constantly improve its people-centric skills to be able to lead a team of any sizes.
