5-minute Lunch: Glass Noodles with Seafood in XO and Sweet Soy Sauce

Ingredients: Glass noodles, frozen crab meatball, frozen prawns, scallop and pok choi

Sauce mix: XO Sauce, Sweet Soy Sauce (Light and Dark Soy, and sugar), Chilli Oil and Sesame Oil (in descending order by weight)

Method:

1. Cook all ingredients, either steaming or boiling. Put in a plate. 

2. Pour in the sauce mix. 

3. Serve 

I didn’t put weight because it all depends on your preference.
